It was all smiles during March Madness & Girl Scout cookie season here at Foundry Lofts.
The Foundry crew hosted a Girl Scout cookie booth for two amazing girl scouts in our lobby, where the girls were able to sell over two hundred & fifty boxes of cookies to our residents! EVERY cookie box purchased was an entry to win a FREE box of cookies on us and five lucky residents got to take home an extra box of their favorite flavor. Our residents and team loved having the opportunity to support our local Girl Scout troops who raise money for the Girl Scouts Organization which funds summer camps, guest speakers and amazing opportunities for young women across the country.
For a fun virtual event, the Foundry team hosted a March Madness bracket competition. The residents loved being able to root for their home team while competing to win a $100 Lululemon gift card. Throughout the tournament, there were several clear leaders, but the last-second win by Baylor upset many of the brackets, leaving one lucky resident victorious. The friendly competition was strong, and the thrill of the game was enjoyed by many.
We love having event-packed months and getting the opportunity to engage with our residents and partner with local organizations to give back to the Ann Arbor community.
